One of Marstons’ popular establishments the ‘Green Dragon’ pub/hotel was recently hit by two major leaks both in their main reception area and ladies toilets. Main-PRO were the first point of contact and attended to two 3 hour emergency call outs.
Firstly, the Green Dragon had water leaking into a significant area in the building; their main reception/entrance. After thorough investigative works went underway, it was discovered a corroded redundant copper pipe was leaking within a concrete wall.
Our qualified engineers attended, broke out the concrete, capped off, and then removed the pipe. To finish, the reception area was given a fresh look as Main-PRO completed all plastering and decorations.
After another leak in their ladies toilet, Main-PRO were again the first on site to make safe the ceiling which had collapsed. We completed the works, liaising with associated approved Marston’s contractors throughout the process; plastering, decorations, flooring, lighting and fire alarms were all renewed.
