We are pleased to announce the completion of another project for Santander, undertaking works at their Derby bank.
With this branch being a multi-story office and also occupied premises, thorough in depth and conscientious liaison with the tenants was required throughout to ensure limited inconvenience.
The scheme involved restorations to the corridors, the entrance foyer, and the fire escapes, as well as a refurbishment to the tenant toilets. Flooring, re-decorations, electrical, plumbing, and joinery works were all carried out.
